Sliding-Scale Appointments

I'm glad you're here.

While much of my professional practice is focused on being at Breathing Room Yoga Studio in downtown New Haven, I also have a small practice out of Bethesda Lutheran Church in East Rock with sliding scale appointments.  I know that massage is a luxury for many, but I want to make it a little more accessible for students and others in my community. 

I am able to do this on an honor system - when you check out you can choose a price that honors your budget and my work, with no tip expected. Please note that my booking system will require a credit card on file to book but I will take payment after your appointment. I prefer cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo/Paypal (friends and family transactions, please). I also accept credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA.

1 hour $50-150

1.5 hours $100-200

2 hours $150-250
